Clinical System Outage

Unfortunately we are currently being affected by the global IT outage.  We currently do not have access to patient records including test results or referrals. 

We are waiting an update from our IT contractor but have been advised this won’t be before 10.30.  As this is a global issue, we are not expecting a resolution quickly.  Unfortunately this will mean that we will need to cancel some patient appointments, but not all.  If you have an appointment today, please keep checking your messages in case you are affected.

We will of course update you again as soon as we have some further information.
