GP Practice Merger Update

Due to us merging with Greensand Surgery between the 6th and 10th of September, our online triage system will be temporarily unavailable while we merge our computer systems. If the issue you are contacting us about is urgent, please call the surgery.  

There will be disruption to some of the online services.  We understand that if you use the NHS App with facial recognition then your service should continue as normal. However, if you are using other Apps like MyGP, or Patient Access, then it will take a number of days (possibly a week or two) for us to re-process your accounts to be back up and running.  Please bear with us, we will be prioritising this work as soon as the data has been transferred.  

During the above transfer dates the Apps will become unavailable, we will update you when they are available for use again.
