General Practice Data for Planning and Research
This practice is supporting vital health and care planning and research by sharing your data with NHS Digital.
The planned mass extraction of patient data from GP records will be delayed from July to September, the Government has announced.
Patients will be given a longer window to opt out of the extraction, than the previously planned 23 June deadline. The form for opting out can be downloaded from the forms section of this website. These forms need to be returned to the Surgery before September.
