About us

Headcorn Surgery is a long established and well thought of semi-rural practice, with a growing list. The beautiful purpose-built premises are less than 10 years old and situated on the outskirts of the historical village of Headcorn just south of Maidstone.

The surrounding countryside ensures driving to work and out for occasional visits is an absolute joy.

With our sister practice Greensand Health Centre in Coxheath, we have recently formed our own small PCN [Athena PCN], and an extended Partnership of 3 GP and 2 Manager Partners.

We have a skilled and experienced administration team and achieve highly in QOF and incentive schemes. We also offer a range of enhanced services, including minor surgery, joint injection, VMO service to a nursing home, and insertion of coils and contraceptive implants. There will be ample opportunity for you to obtain supported experience should you wish to expand your skills in any of these areas. We have a pharmacy within our building, which is manned by an experienced pharmacist and skilled dispensing team.

If you are interested in joining us we would be delighted to talk or welcome you for an informal visit to look around.
