Major IT incident – Friday 17th March 2023

Unfortunately, GP surgeries throughout Kent & Medway, including ourselves have been affected by a major IT incident which has been ongoing since yesterday.

This means we do not have access to the Internet and is having a direct impact on our telephone system. We currently do not have access to our telephones and are unable to receive incoming calls. We do, however, have limited connectivity to our clinical system. If you have an urgent matter you need to discuss, please attend the surgery and our reception team will do their best to assist you. Any non-urgent queries can be sent to us via email on using the online contact us form on this site.

This incident has been escalated to the highest level within Kent& Medway ICB and we hope to provide you with a further update as soon as this has been resolved.
