“YOU’RE NOT GOING NUTS – ITS JUST THE MENOPAUSE – time to slow down and discover how to find yourself all over again”

with LIZ ALMOND, Health and Wellbeing Therapist and Coach for Carers

on SATURDAY 7TH OCTOBER at 2.00 P.M.(Doors open from 1.30 pm)

Liz is a trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming, The Balance Procedure, Reiki and Meditation.  She works with clients to help reduce stress, overwhelm and anxiety, by teaching them wellbeing techniques so that they become more relaxed and happy.   Most of her clients are midlifers who are struggling with life due to loss and chronic health issues.

Liz will include men in the discussion as she believes it is important to be inclusive. Male menopause is called Andropause.

Headcorn Singing For Health Group

The Headcorn Singing for Health Group will present “SHOWTIME” on Saturday 11th November at the The Heart of Headcorn (previously Methodist Church). Doors open at 6.45pm.
