Patient Feedback

Your feedback matters! There are multiple ways you can let us know how we’re doing, learn more below.

Friends and Family Test

When you visit the surgery for care or treatment, you will be given the opportunity to give your feedback about your visit. You can do this by replying to the text message sent to you after your appointment; and by answering a simple question about your experience:

“Thinking about your recent appointment, overall, how was your experience of our service?

You will be asked to choose one of six options, ranging from ‘extremely likely’ to ‘extremely unlikely’; you will also be given the option to tell why you’ve given this answer.

You will also be invited to tell us:

“Anything that we could have done better?”

Your response is anonymous.

If you are unable to answer the question, a friend or family member is also welcome to respond on your behalf.

The Friends and Family Test results will be published on this website.

Feedback and Complaints

Good Experience

Had a good experience whilst visiting the surgery, please let us know.

Bad Experience

We are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint.

GP Patient Survey

The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of NHS England; the survey is sent out to over two million people across the UK. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.

Visit their “How do I…?” page to learn more or read their FAQ.
